We take your privacy very seriously. When you provide personal information, we don't share it with anyone, so you won't receive any third-party marketing emails or calls.
All products, excluding clearance items and custom made wall graphics, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. Products returned after this date are non-refundable.
Exchanges can be requested a maximum of three times. Clearance items and custom wall graphics cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is undisclosed damage to an item or the incorrect item was received.
Prior to making a return, you must email service@olliandlime.com to request return authorization, quoting your order number, and stating return reason.
You must include the product in original condition, with original packaging and packing list. Washed or used items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returned products must be received within 30 days of authorization. Products returned after this time, or without authorization, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We strongly recommend that you insure the package and send via a tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
Outward and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If returned order qualified for free shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted before issuing a refund.
Once package is received and checked, we will arrange your refund/exchange and email confirmation. You will receive tracking on dispatch of any exchanged products.
